Препоръчителна арбитражна клауза

Всички спорове, породени от този договор или отнасящи се до него, включително споровете, породени или отнасящи се до неговото тълкуване, недействителност, изпълнение или прекратяване, както и споровете за попълване на празноти в договора или приспособяването му към нововъзникнали обстоятелства, ще бъдат разрешавани от Международния търговски арбитражен съд при Сдружение "ЮРИДИЧЕСКО СЪТРУДНИЧЕСТВО" в гр. София, съобразно с неговия Правилник за дела, основани на арбитражни споразумения, като неговото решение ще бъде окончателно и обвързващо за страните.

Any dispute arising from this agreement or related to it, including disputes arising from or related to its interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, as well as disputes about filling gaps in the contract or its adaptation to newly arisen circumstances, shall be resolved by International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Association „Judicial Cooperation" in Sofia, in accordance with its Rules for cases based on arbitration agreements and its decision shall be final and binding upon the parties.

Tous les litiges, provoqués par la réalisation de ce contrat ou concernant ce contrat, y compris les litiges provoqués ou concernant son interprétation, sa manque de valeur, sa réalisation ou bien son annulation, ainsi que les litiges pour la complétation de manques dans le contrat ou son accommodation envers des circonstances nouvellement apparues seront résolus de La Cour Internationale d'arbitrage auprès de I’ association „Coopération juridique" assiégée à Sofia, Bulgarie, suivant son Règlement de litiges, basés sur des conventions d'arbitrage et de manière que la décision de La Cour Internationale d'arbitrage sera définitive et obligatoire pour les parties.
